Training Day 6

Today I had a 6-mile run, the first long run of my train­ing ses­sion. I ran an aver­age of 8:30 per mile which is pretty good con­sid­er­ing I had to stop a few times to rest my right knee. I don’t know what is going on with that. I think it might be a pinched nerve and Andy at the Lit cor­rob­o­rated that. He’s a bar­tender so his med­ical opin­ions are accu­rate. I’m gonna do some bike-riding tomor­row and I have Mon­day off, so we’ll see how I’m doing Tues­day. Per­haps exten­sive stretch­ing will make things all bet­ter. Mean­while, beer awaits!
