1. The Clash: Over rat­ed? Under rat­ed?

2. Per­son­al­ly, I think they are over-rat­ed; AND they jumped the shark with Rock the Cas­bah. Lon­don Call­ing is a pret­ty good album and all, and I rec­og­nize that their influ­ence is not to be under­es­ti­mat­ed. I just don’t under­stand why.

3. Describe, in detail, your dream job. Include such inci­den­tals as desk/office space, com­mute, loca­tion, etc.

4. That isn’t a ques­tion, but I’ll pre­tend you phrased it as one.

   I’d make six dig­its [yeah right!] cut­ting film [which no one does any­more] in a dark­ened cli­mate-con­trolled room. Close con­tact with the cre­ative con­trols of the pro­duc­tion would be keen. The con­tent of the film does­n’t real­ly mat­ter. That neces­si­tates an urban set­ting in either LA or New York, so I’ll pick NYC because I like weath­er. I can then hop on a train to my house out in the woods after work.

5. If you were a painter want­i­ng to define today and the next 5–10 years, what would your art address or con­cern itself with?

6. Hm. Dis­trac­tion and rejec­tion of respon­si­bil­i­ty, moral decay and self­ish­ness.
